01 / ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
02 / DELIVERY ESTIMATE
Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary by location and during peak periods, holidays, severe weather or courier disruption.
03 / SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard shipping is ₹99 in Jaipur, ₹129 across Rajasthan and ₹199 for the rest of India. Worldwide shipping is calculated using the configured international rate. Orders of ₹2,999 or more qualify for free standard shipping unless an offer states otherwise.
04 / TRACKING
After dispatch, tracking details are sent using the email address or phone number provided with the order.
05 / ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Zevly cannot be responsible for delays or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
